Does anyone have a homeopathic or herbal remedy for monthly mood swings.

I'm not a mean person, but crabby doesn't begin to describe how I feel for one week out of 4 sometimes. I even get mad at myself!

St. Johns Wort is supposed to be helpful, and also supplementing with a B vitamin Complex has really helped mine!

Evening Primrose Oil helps, the bottle even mentions helping with PMS. You can get this in capsules at Walmart. I take two pills a day (once in the morning and once at night). It does seem to help. Fish Oil pills help as well.
