Has anybody finished projects this week??
I finished an apron and a prairie girl dress, of course I cut out two new projects so it is sort of a wash, but I made some sort of progress:)

I finished my prairie girl dress too, Grace. Working on a pillow form from MJ's last magazine except using wool batts instead of cotton and got a cute cover almost done for it, real ranchy looking with team ropers and coordinating calicos.

My least favorite part is cutting out patterns, so that is half the battle! I just love having stuff all cut out and ready to sew all lined up. After that it's smooth sailing.

All I finished was the knitted dishcloth from the Knit-a-long. I'd better get busy.

i finished a big one this weekend...my Christmas dress. i got so caught up in making stuff of everybody else, i forgot about me. it's done now and hanging in the closet for this holiday season. i just posted it to my blog so take a peek. i'm very happy with how it turned out!

Well....close but no cigar! I am on the last row of a crocheted baby afgahn for my newest grandchild. ALthough with this heat....there is no rush...he won't be needing it right now! LOL! The rub is..it's far from done....they are squares which need to be sewed together and the ends woven in but hopefully I will finish SOON! I have other things I want to start on!
But you gals are motivating! Thanks!

I finished a tote for my cousin a week ago (pictured on my blog) -- she gave me the fabric 1 year ago, so this is a long-overdue project completion.

And then I finished this tote -- begun a week ago and put off while I sewed the other tote bag:

I love this fabric! It really looks like a crazy quilt. Made a tote/purse for my sister last Feb out of this fabric, and I have just enough for one more project -- maybe with a little piecing.

LOVE the tote...the fabric is stunning! Let's see, one apron...almost done...ran out of white thread. One pair of pj pants, two large tote bags, some misc. mending, canning, cleaning etc. Need to get more done though. I have 4 more partially sewn totes on my project table and two more aprons in my head.

Very Nice hat Lisa...
I was just getting in the mood for christmas sewing this morning - something about the cold rainy weather makes me want to make quilts. Looks like I will have a big new stack of UFO's soon, now if I can only finish them before christmas:)
