Not sure if I am posting this in the right spot so please move it if necessary.

My hubby will be graduating truck driving school in Nov. this year. The company he will be driving for is located (head office) in Chattanooga, TN. This is not definite, only a passing thought at the moment, but we are considering relocating there if it is the Lord's plan for us. If not, then we will stay here.

What are the homeschooling laws in TN? Here in LA there are 2. Number 1 is a homestudy program and number 2 you register as a private school. Louisiana is a very homeschool friendly state. Any farmgirls out there who live in TN and homeschool? Please feel free to email me privately if necessary to discuss further. Thanks so much!

Hi Brenda:
Marly here. Sorry I can't help you or give you any information. I'm surprised no one has posted offering advice. Give it time. Are you looking forward to moving to Tennessee? The Smokey Mtns. are so beautiful. Keep us posted.
Marly

Well I have always loved Tennessee from the first time I visited as a little girl. Actually we are not certain that there will even be a move there, but it is entirely possible that it could happen though. I just want to get a feel for how things work for homeschool families out there from farmgirls here who are in the trenches. Thanks for responding Marly, I appreciate you girl! :)
