If you can have your choice of a hamburger being perfectly made, what would it be?
Tonight, I had a lovely hamburger with frieds onions and peppers, pickels a nice mild cheese melted down over the hamburger on Texas toast with a little mayo. YUMMY!!!
How do you like yours???

I'd like mine cooked on the grill, done but not burnt. Therefore someone else should bemaking this burger other than me. Bad memories of my pop on the grill. He browns the burger on each side and calls it done. Blood red in the middle. Eeeewww so I sometimes tend to burn mine, ok I burn them alot.
Ok so anyway cooked on the grill and smothered in bbq sauce. But that's it.

I like my burgers to be done by my dh.
He fries them in my castiron skillet. On the side in another castiron skillet, he'll fry some onions in butter.
I like my burgers to have fried onions and A1 sauce. and a toasted bun. Ummmmmmmm. Yummy, Yummy.

No bun, totally plain with ketchup on the side. Grass fed beef, medium well with chopped onion, s & p and cajun seasonings in the beef before cooked.

I don't really care for beef hamburgers. I do love venison ones though! Usually with a bit of bacon, carmalized onions and cheddar cheese. In the summertime though I really love just a basic burger with fresh tomato, onion and lettuce.

For me it's a tossup between Chilis chipotle blue cheese burger and Applebees Bruschetta burger.
At home, I generally skip the bun and eat the meat with ketchup or spicy mustard. Kinda boring, but it's good.

Cooked, prefer them to be charcoaled, grass fed beef or buffalo, the works with mustard. I like a toasted bun, but if we are grilling outside, that ususally doesn't happen. Tall glass of sweet ice tea is great too.

I like my burgers WELL done (as opposed to my steak-- still "moo-in!") with ketchup, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomato etc... nothing fancy.

I love my hamburger on a good bun with mayo, slice of tomato and a nice slice of Walla Walla Sweet onion and, of course, the hamburger itself. It has to be juicy enough so that you have to eat over your plate to keep from dripping all over yourself.

Homemade 10-grain Bun, mustard, lettuce, grilled sweet onions, tomato, bacon, avocado, and a slice of either Tillamook cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
In fact I think that is what we are having for dinner tonight-Thanks!

We just had hamburgers last night, so... I like mine mixed with bread and milk before cooking, then cooked well done. Add some cheddar cheese, tomato, mayo and mustard and I'm a happy camper. :)

first, the burger has to be extra well done (i don't mind if it is a little crispy around the edges :) ) Then i top it with cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickles. Pretty simple, but the key is that the burger has to be done done done.
