I'll mow if it's just misting. I continued mowing once, long ago, when the rain was coming down hard, and the mower slipped (a riding mower) and went into the lake. Had to get someone to come pull it out. Later, my husband was very upset saying the mower could have pinned me down or something. True. That was the end of trying to finish the yard in the rain. The rain would cool me off from the hot sun. However, the first sight of lightening, I'm off of that mower! LOL Still no rain in Louisiana today. This evening around 7 PM, it clouded up in the north and east, but no rain. We've got the water sprinklers going in the front yard. Marly
