4 cases of bananas (2.5 cases in freezer already, eating the rest fresh or in smoothies)
2 cases of apricots (eating fresh)
1 case of avocados (these are unripe- so will use as ripens)
60 large cucumbers (will eat fresh this week)
40 plus pounds of italian parsley (will freeze for smoothies)
3 cases of apple slices with caramel sauce (toss the sauce and eat the apples)
60 cans of pizza dough. (they had tons, I mean tons of canned bisquits, cinamon rolls, and croissants, and pie crusts I turned these down. I would rather fill my freezer with produce than these items.)
1 case of romaine lettuce with herbs in containers- 6 containers to a case organic (eating this weekend)
10 cases of organic baby spinach in the containers so 60 containers (we are freezing these for smoothies)
4 cases of frozen veggies- snap peas and carrots in a southwest sauce
4 cases of pomagranit juice
2 cases of oranges (eating fresh)
60 lbs of tomatillos (making salsa this weekend)

This is totally from God this week.. I was going to get greens tomorrow.. I don't have to get greens or fruit for smoothies for probably a month now. I will have to pick up some cilantro, lime juice, onions and garlic.. maybe some more canning jars.. but we are good on everything else.
So it will be a busy weekend.. Canning, getting food in the freezer (man do I need another freezer), and cleaning up! But I will not complain this is a blessing from God!

Blessings, Debra

We are blessed indeed. Since we go through so much produce each week it is a double blessing. Tonight I made pizza with the dough I got and some with dehydrated cherry tomatoes and mushrooms from a past delivery.. it was good. the crust wasn't as good as my homemade but it was better than pizza factory. I have 5 boys and they eat me out of house and home..I bought more canning jars today so I can make tomatillo salsa.

I just got a nice food blessing. My neighbor came over and brought six bags of home frozen wonderful looking green beans and a big bag of chicken nuggets from her freezer. She said she just bought the chicken but only needed one bag and there were two in the box..and since she was putting a 1/2 beef in her freezer tomorrow she needed to make some room....What a sweetheart!! I didn't plant many green beans this year..and the ones I did plant (scarlet runner beans) won't be this same type..and wont' be ripe for quite some time.
