Hi Ladies!
We have done two of these in the past before and they have been so much fun!
Here's how it works:
I will continue to make groups of two and will fill in any unfilled groups. This way you only have to make a set of pillowcases for your swap partner. There is a long due date- all the way from August 1st to November 30th. What a great way to get something sweet from a fellow farmgirl for the holidays!
Please purchase tracking and send that to your swap partner so she knows when her package has been mailed.

I cannot this time, I am still working on the last swap, for some reason I have a hang up but I am working at them, I should have done very soon. It will be a surprize for her to get them, plus a goodie or two for being so late. I am sorry but I will work hard on them.
Yay, Amanda!! I am e-mailing you to find out what you like. :) Dana- Welcome to the farmgirls! You live in one of my favorite places! I love going to Old Town Lilburn. :) Glad you found us.
soooo, you're it Miss Texas....Alee, how does this work? Clue the newbie in for heavens sake!

Okay ladies!
Contact your partner via email (click on their forum name on the left hand side of the screen and use the email function that come up). Exchange your emails, and addresses. Arrange a firm send-by date no later that than the last day of November. Cause we all know once Thankgiving/December hits- our schedules go all whacky! Then ship off your pillowcases. Please use tracking and insurance on your packages so your partner can see their package coming. This helps in the holiday shuffle and lets you know when all your hard work arrives safe and sound!
Do the pillowcases have to be handmade or just store bought with our own embroidery on them? Does it have to be handstiched or machine embroidered or does that matter? I ask because I have 2 embroidery machines as I would use these to embroider the pillowcases? Sorry ... can you tell I am a newbie?

Hi Tracy-
I left the rules pretty open so you could negotiate with your swap partner. I have never made pillowcases from "scratch" before so I think I am going to try that this time. The last time I did the swap I used some pre-made pillowcases and put my own embroidery on them. If you want I can add you to the swap and you can talk with your partner about what she would like?
Welcome Katy!! I am in Manti..fun to have another Utah gal here!! Be sure to go to the welcome wagon section and introduce yourself so everyone sees it!!! I am glad you joined us.
