How is he doing? I've been worried and sending my good thoughts and healing energy his way.
Let us know when you can.

Hi Ladies!

Sorry I haven't updated. Grandpa went to the doctor on Tuesday. They have given him stronger pain medicine and something to help him sleep at night. He still is walking with the walker and they are going to look at him again in later (2 weeks to a month) to see if he needs surgery. If he does need surgery then it won't be until next month.

Janice- I agree! The man that hurt him is a coward. I have such anger towards these people and I am trying to let it go, but it hard.

I told my grandparents that I had friends sending good energy and praying for them and they are very appreciative. Thank you for keeping my family in your thoughts. It means the world to us right now.

He's in my thoughts and prayers, Alee. He's my dad's age(88). Dad was in WWII and I've been to two of his reunions. Those guys that fought that fight are too often overlooked and not given enough respect.

Janice is right, Alee--I've been thinking about your grandad, and Justin has too...in fact, Justin has been working on your grandfather's plane (a model) after he found the right color and information. He is actually painting it exactly like it was when he flew it.
