Susie I went to a potluck picnic and someone brought this delicious peach salsa with tortillea chips. It was excellent. Only had it fresh but if you can I'm sure you know what to do with it. JoAnn Peach Salsa 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced 3 medium ripe peaches peeled and diced 1/2 c. chopped red onion 1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper 2-3T fresh lime juice 2 -3 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cilantro or Italian parsley
