OMgoodness... how did I miss this thread?? Rene', I was taking a sip of coffee when I read the blurp about "Elaine" and I almost choked on it! How funny! I too, am saving my egg money, and anything else that may sell on my blog(s). I figure, if it ain't nailed down, it's for sale. This just may be my last big trip for awhile.... I just HAVE to be there!! I simply am like a little child about the BBB...So excited, I could bust at any moment!!

You know, Miss Wilma, if you end up in jail, we'll ALL be in jail! How funny would that be for all of us in there together? Well, not very, as I would lose my job. But it was really funny just thinking about it for that split second

You all just have to go if you can! Missy and I went to the last one in 2006 and it was wonderful. We had garage sales, babysat, and did anything we could to raise the money. We did stay in a motel so figured that cost in our budget. It was worth every penny. The Palouse area is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. I would live there if I could.
Will there be vendor booths again? Missy & I did that along with Patricia and our friend Patti. It was lots of fun and we made some pretty good money. We stopped at lots of sales and antique stores on the way home and bought a few things.

Wowzers...wish I could go to this! I think it would be neat to carpool, but from Ohio, man about a 2 days drive...eeke. Any Ohio/Kentucky gals want to take the adventure with me on wheels? If I could get the vacation time off to do this and a ways there (I don't fly)...hubby was thinking about driving out west again, maybe we can do this.....who knows what the future brings. That is one of my goals/dreams tho is to visit MJ Farm.

I'm planning on going. Trying to get my friend here to join, she bought the magazine, don't know if she has joined yet though. Drive up pick up my mom and then finish the rest of the journey with my mom! I'm super excited! Time to start saving pennies! Guess I should start looking for places to stay! |
