Second Harvest Foodbank, Habitat for Humanity, Sharing and Caring Hands... just to name a few off the top of my head. All are worthy causes.
I would give some to my church too.

Having a daughter who had type 1 diabetes onset at age 10, I would certainly consider that as well. It seems to me that there are definite diabetes cure possibilities on the horizon, great results from taking stem cells from the diabetic patient and then transplanting them back, but I just wonder about the drug companies involvement in all this. Have you noticed the television ads suggesting insulin for type two diabetics? When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, the two insulins she took cost $11 and $15 a vial. The insulin she takes now costs over $80 a vial and this is lab created humalog which costs almost nothing to produce. And the cost of test strips... well don't get me going, I'll just get to cranky to pay attention to. I feel like the drug problem in this country is at the drug store....
There are so many deserving organizations, I guess I just love the immediacy of the things Heifer International does and the impact it makes on people's lives . What a world we live in...I guess we just have to give what we can, and hope that something helps...

I'd donate it to Haiti Missions, so that the children would have food to eat other than cakes made of dirt to stave off their hunger pains, clean water to drink, medical care, education, and also would use it to teach their parents to raise their own crops and animals to be self sustaining.

It would be to an organization helping abused and battered women and children.
