O.K. KIDS .. I OWE THREE OF YOU .. KARIN, JEANNIE AND JENNY ... soooooo .. i'm jus' gonna' start posting some little 'prizes' and let ya'll choose .. rather than send sumpthin' that might not be 'your style'. if you see a little pile of prizes posted and YOU want that one .. be the FIRST to respond .. and it'll be on the way to you. there will be MORE comin' .. soooo .. i don't know if you will want to wait or jus' grab.
here's the first little prize drawer of gifties. they are all pinky/bluey/prissy!

HI HEATHER .. I GOT HIM PROBABLY SOMEWHERE IN MARYLAND OR THE EASTERN SHORE .. I THINK THAT IS ABOUT WHEN i first started collecting little birds.
now .. all you farmgurlz are s'pose to be rememberin' our Farmgirl of the Month .. with a card or little sumpthin-sumpthin'!!

oh and please note the CLINTON 1996 that is embroidered on it .. WHAT WAS I THINKING?
you can 'snip' that out if you like .. or .. better yet .. save it a hundred years and you'll have a fun 'antique political piece!
AND .. the patchwork flag comes with this little package too .. of course .. the binding edge says VOTE .. GREAT for this year! nice for that americana dolly to sit upon! xo

oh sweetie .. i will set this little set aside for you (now WHY did i think you'd go for the 'pretties'?) ha! will you be leaving the CLINTON on the flag or ripping it out?) looking back .. i have NO idea why i put his name on it?
my son-in-love did indeed work for him in the White House .. that is the only reason i can think that i did it.
i might find another little Americana doo-dah or two to stuff in there too. will be a coupla' days before i can mail it .. cuz' i discovered tonight i don't have those size boxes .. only HUGE ones! but it will be coming soon. i'm pretty sure i have your add from sending dollies to you in the past. if i don't find it .. i'll let ya' know.

Well, I'm not a prissy gal. More of an eclectic kind of girl with an appreciation for everything from primitives to retro and shabby chic. Boy, that really narrows it down, doesn't it?!

oh jami .. i didn't see your post ... (lordy! i had to ask who were the farmgirls for the last three months!)
i'll look it up and let you know right away.
but here's kinda' what it is all about. we have a FARMGIRL FRIEND for each month .. we send sweet thoughts, a card, a little giftie to her to let her know we are thinking of her ..
at the end of the month .. the current farmgirl chooses the 'next' month's Farmgirl Friend.
you can e-mail the 'chosen one' from here on the forum so she can send you her addy.
this month our special one is AUNT JENNY ..
ohhhhhhhh .. Aunt Jenny .. can you e-mail Jami your addy?

jami .. i often do the same thing .. i think it's from my background career where we had to catch the teeensiest little thing .. and think 'outside the box' to come up with facts in a case ... i try reeeeeeeeeel hard to not 'over-think' now that i'm RETIRED .. (what a silly word) .. i call these the FREEDOM YEARS ... you PLAY all day and actually get PAID for it!
