dry dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dish(sink) soap. I am thinking the sink soap will need to be liquid but I want the others to be dry. Where can I find recipes. Thanks!

You can visit http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=12281 for a ton of helpful hints on dry and liquid laundry soap. But here is the basic reciepe for laundry soap that I use.

55 oz. Washing Soda
55 oz. Borax
5 oz. bar of Pure Castile Soap grated (I grate mine in a food processor but you can do it by hand.)

I love this stuff and it only uses 1 Tablespoon per load up 1/4 cup if it is really dirty.

I hope this helps a bit to get you started!

AngiKay, add a 4lb. box of baking soda to Christina's recipe if you have hard water. I use this and I would not buy store detergent ever again. Also try distilled white vinegar for fabric softener. I think it works great!
