Anyone else experienced flooding in their area? I just got done planting my second round of beans because the first batch got washed away with the flooding in Illinois.

Where in IL do you live Tricia? I'm in Homer Glen, about 20 miles southwest of Chicago. Fortunately for us, there was no flooding in our area. Best of luck with your new batch of beans.

Hi Tricia! The flooding in mainly southern and western Indiana is really bad. In central Indiana its also flooded a lot of the farmers field. In fact, some of them this past week started plowing and replanting their fields. It looks like where they had corn they are now planting soy beans. Hang in there with your garden and replant soon what you can if you need to. Hope everything else at your house is good. Take care!

Be true in heart.

Dawn, I am in the south-east part of the state along the Indiana/Illinois border. We are 4 hours south of Chicago and 2 hours away from Indianapolis. Robinson is the hometown of the "Heath" Candy bar!
