They are so strange at times, aren't they? It's probably nice and cool in the tub :) Our Stooka sleeps in the bottom of the chifarobe, or in a drawer if she can get in!

Julie, I have to say that your cat is VERY cute! I have a cat named Smokey that likes to sleep in the bathroom sink! If i had a way to post pic's i would. He also likes to sleep flat on his back, with arms strait up ( by his head) and legs falling apart (if you know what i mean):) Kristy |

What a funny cat! I have a snowshoe cat too. They are quite the characters. Sophie hangs out around the bathtub and likes to lap up all the drips after someone showers. |

Cats know how to be comfortable! And how to wake up - first the yawn...then the stretch...ooohhh, a nap would be nice right now(have to settle for a yawn and a stretch, I'm at work, darn it).

Now that is odd, Julie. I've never had a cat not fazedf(in fact, not made totally crazy) by water! LOL!

Stook will sit in between the liner and the curtain and bat at you while your showering...that's always a fun way to wake up!
Our orange tabby, Prof. Pumpkin is a very large cat, who likes to "squeeze" himself into the tiniest places...I'll see if I can find the photo I took of him splayed out in a round, footed wooden bowl on top of the desk, or in the Longaberger Gathering Basket I had displayed in the window sill...he sortof "ooozes" out over the sides :)

Jonni, your description of "Prof. Pumpkin" in the basket cracked me up!!!
My cat, "Scarlett O'Hairball" is a BEAST!!! She sleeps in odd positions, but I never find her in strange places. She's one that likes to sleep wherever a person wants to WALK! (or sit) Usually she's stretched out in the middle of the kitchen floor whenever I'm baking or cooking dinner. She likes to grab socks, pant legs, shoe laces and she's ESPECIALLY fond of bare Ankles--- as you walk by. She's like cranky old "Maxine" in cat world! But she has her sweet moments. RARELY (LOL) I've had her for over 13yrs now, so I guess I'm stuck with her!
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. ~~ George Carlin |

She sounds adorable...and a bit like our "Jack Sprat". He will find the smallest "square" of warmth coming in through the window on the carpet and lay on his back with his feet in the air like road kill. It's usually right in the middle of the hallway, or in front of the door, or right in the middle of the living room floor.
Cats!!! I love them!
I am definitely going to find those photos....he really does ooooooze.
