I know it's not the right season, but has anyone here used a stoneware or ceramic shortbread mold? I just ordered one on sale, half price! This is a good time of year to pick up these on sale.

I was admiring this at Christmas, and couldn't believe it today when I saw it half price! I splurged on a Silpat mat, too.
