On the topic of soap molds, I have a box of them I would be happy to trade/sell. Used only once -- I didn't like the hassle so I went back to just making square soap. There are 8 sheets of molds and each one holds from 4 to 6 bars. Celtic rounds, hexagons, ovals, sea shells, stars and moon, flower rounds. Make me an offer I can't refuse!

an easy way to get soap out of a mold is to use a little vaseline to "grease" the mold before pouring in your soap..the soap will pop right out easy as anything..just thought I'd toss that little tip out there.

It also may help to put soap in molds in the freezer for a couple of hours. When you remove it from the freezer dip the bottom of the molds in hot water for a couple of seconds, just long enough to heat the mold but not the soap.

I'd be interested in the Celtic molds... what kinds of things do you like for trade?? :)
