i was reading about carol alt's raw diet book in a magazine. she makes it sound so simple. she had a sample recipe; it seemed okay although i think that i could make it a little simpler. anyway, is anyone familiar with her book, or any raw diet books for a person who is totally unfamiliar with that way of eating? |

hey thanks! i'm busy all day tomorrow (i'm poll manager for the primary in SC) but i will look into it! it sounds very interesting and the only way diets work for me is if they are VERY SIMPLE! my daughter and i had been doing jenny craig.....it's pretty good but i think i would still rather get back to real basics! |

I was thinking of making a few raw meals for lunch and dinner now that the summer heat is finally here. Thanks for the book suggestions and website! I appreciate the info.
