Tammyb - received the recipes you sent today, and I just dropped yours off at the post office a short time ago - so sorry for the delay. I'm going to try the salad - I have some mint in my kitchen garden that I think is ready to use - yum. I'm anxious to try them all.

Sharon...I did get the stuff you sent me. When I opened it up...it smelled so good. I have yours done, but I have been doing some traveling, and I hope to get them off soon. Sorry it is taking so long, but just know I haven't forgotten about you!

I'd go for salads...or maybe local farmers market favorites? Or maybe a color for a theme? Like green foods, red foods, etc.? (I pack my lunch on the rainbow theory and I'm always hunting for new foods to include in each color group)
