Ok, a couple of you asked, so I'm going to do a general update. I started school again last semester and between that, kids, and work I've been very busy. To complicate matters more, I didn't have a computer at home and had to use the internet at the library, so there really wasn't time to visit. I did stop by a few times to make sure you all were still hanging around, but not much more.

I've been working for the school district and with school being out soon, I am looking for a summer job. I've put in a few applications and have a few more sitting on my desk waiting for my attention. I am also working on my finincial aid for the coming year and applying for every scholarship I can find. I have changed my major from Professional Writting with a minor in Journalism to Fashion and Textile Design. A couple very good friends of mine were very persistant in insiting that I at least look into design school and once I did I was hooked. Sometimes others know us better than we do ourselves!

Other than that, life is pretty uneventful. I am gardening on the porch that goes around two sides of my apartment and it looks good. My girls call it "Fairy Acre Farm." We've got 3 tomato plants, a pepper plant, herbs, 4 planters of lettice, several herbs, and good bit decorative plants. I want a few more tomatoes, peppers, and a rosemary plant...I'll probably pick them up at the garden store when I go out for groceries this afternoon. I've only been here for 6 months and the people at the garden store already know me and my preferences!

Ok, so this has been a more than a quick update. I'm just so excited to be back!

Glad to see that you are thriving and making a good life for you and your girls. Your note sounds so positive and upbeat. I am so happy for you all and know that you are going to get to school and make tons of money someday.

Corinne, good to hear from you. Things seem to be going good--busy but good and sometimes busy is best. MB
