The Diabetic Doctor put me on
4 fish oil tablets a day that has 1000 mg.
It is suppose to lower. cholterl. sp
helps memeory( which I need !)
helps with depression , immune system
a lot of others too.
All the medicnes I have to take plus protine shakes .
No wonder I am always broke. pinkroses

Smart Dr. I started on the omega oils (although I use flax), when I was diagnosed with autoimmune issues (Lupus)..and saw a huge difference. It would be one of the last things I would stop taking.. Sorry about the diabetes!matter of fact I dont take any meds anymore I do everythng holistically...One of my favorite books is "healing with wholefoods" by Paul Pitchard....Happocrities said "let your food be your medicine" I am learning that it works..... happy healing!

I've been taking omega 3 fish oil capsules for two years now and I'm very happy with the results. For an experiment, I stopped taking them for a few weeks and as amazed at the difference for my body. My arthritis in my feet really acted up. I went back on them & haven't had a problem since. The grocery stores and Target stores are always having sales to buy 1 bottle & get 1 free, so I feel they are well worth the $.

| Puritan's Pride (do a quick google search) has 23 cent shiping right now and a buy 1 get 2 sale. That is where I get my fish oil from. |

I take 3 fish oil caps 2x's day for arthritis & helps with SAD, etc. I buy mine at walmart, costco, et.
