We are selling our early 1900's bungalow in Ozark, Missouri and heading to Middle Tennessee. Anyone know of at least 10 acres with a farm house coming up for sale or for sale already? We are itching to move. Just waiting on this sluggish real estate market!

HELLO --
What part of Middle TN - we lived in Murfreesboro ( outside of Nashville) for a while and now we are in Pikevile TN ( Just south west of Crossville TN.) All of this area is part of Middle TN. I can tell you a couple of things ANY property near Nashville is more expensive. Rutherford, Davidson and Franklin have some pretty steep property prices. You will pay 30,000 for an acrea. 1200 sq ft house and no property starts at around 110,000.00
That is one of the reasons we picked this area. It is a 2 hour drive to Nashville, 1.5 hours to Knoxville and 1 hour to Chattanooga. We purchased 5 and 1/2 acres with a creek running through it, electricity and city water for $23,000.00. Like I said pricing will depend on where you are looking to move. Let me know and I can send you some links!

We are looking south of Nashville. Marshall, Giles, Lincoln Counties. There just doesn't seem to be a lot to choose from these days. Thanks Tamara!
