Ann,
Being sort of new to the Forum, I don't have any background on this but I am guessing that you are trying to sell your house? They are beautiful pictures and I am sure you will have no prob accept that the "market" right now is a little SLOW as we all know! My husband and I have sold a few houses in our time and I suggest having some fresh flowers in a couple of places. Also, try standing outside the front door and pretending you are a potential buyer.....does it make you feel welcome and want to go inside....I know that is kind of hard when it is a home you already love but you have to sort of remove yourself from those feeling (easy for me to say, right).... Try standing right inside the front door as well! Good Luck!! I am sure as lovely as your home is, some wonderful buyer will jump in!!

Good Morning, Ann! The house is absolutely beautiful!
This is my first time posting to the site, so please bear with me.
I am in the mortgage industry here in Phoenix and know that here the market is not good, but if you market your home right, there are still people looking and buying. The sad part is that I am in the foreclosure end of the business and it is a very sad state of affairs. I do wish you the best. And, like Alee said (Yes, I would buy it in a heartbeat -- it's perfect!), if only it were in Billings, Montana -- that is my home city and state and the goal is go back there and live again within the next 6 months, hopefully. Phoenix, Arizona (I call it the concrete jungle) is not home to me and the big city and heat just about kill me. Besides, I can grow a garden there and be close to my aging mother, too, to help her out. So, Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's off to Montana I go!
I loved the pictures and the animals are absolutely darling! You just don't see homes like that here in Arizona. Best of luck to you on selling it.

Hey there. The photos of the boys just made me smile... so I included it.
When we bought this house, we were much more excited about the land and location rather than the 60's ramch that we were buying. We have made some major changes - and it really will be hard to leave it when we have put so much sweat, blood and $ into making this house a home.
What will be will be - God's in charge!
