The chickens we were waiting for finally came last week. So far we only lost one out of 25 chicks. They are austrolorps (sp). Anyway they are SO CUTE. I am glad they are doing great. I am just excited and wanted to share!
I only lost 1 out of 25 chicks. They now get all excited to hear or see me. Its so cute! They hop in my hands and love taisting my rings. LOL Its so funny to see them start to try and fly. We are hoping we have at least one rooster. The farm supply place we ordered them through told them we only wanted females. Darn it. He is really hard of hearing and just heard us wrong. Cuz we wanted 1 rooster. Well I am just happy to have my babies and they are doing so well. We are building a coop this weekend. We are making it to match the house. I will of course take pictures!
Mary, Sorry for the loss of the one... but cannot wait to see the pictures of the others... I love chickens.. not sure why really, they just make me happy...
