Bakeover!!! Which reminds me, I haven't used it since--but then, I haven't been home.
So, yeah. Bakeover!!!!
Farmgirl Sister #80, thanks to a very special farmgirl from the Bluegrass..."She was built like a watch, a study in balance ... with a neck and head so refined, like a drawing by DaVinci"... NY Newsday sportswriter Bill Nack describing filly, Ruffian. http://www.buyhandmade.org/
I made biscuits for my crew...yum We did an encore the next morning and now I will need to order more. So many tasty looking dishes in the "Recipe Issue" I want to try. DH requested the potatoe/ham bakeover.
So Nancy Jo---just what did you make with your farm order? The bakeovers are fun. I made a diced potato, crumbled hamberger, diced carrots a little gravy so not too dry bakeover type of thing. Just use your imagination. YUM!! MB
Marybeth - your bakeover sounds wonderful! My hubby complains because the bakeover is sometimes too dry...so you recipe is a good idea! I just ordered a 10lb bulk bag of budget mix so we're gonna be eating A LOT of it!
