It looks like you aren't pasteing the whole URL of the photo. Also you are really close in the right format to post the picture but make sure it look like this [ img]www.your_picture_url_here.com[ /img]
****PLEASE NOTE: I put the space after the first bracket [ IMG] [ /IMG] because if I didn't it would think I was telling it to pull in an image and you would just get this:
