I received these beautiful tea towels and dish clothes from Farmsister JoAnne in a swap. I think the would be awesome turned into window treatments and pillows for my bedroom. What do you think. I need to redo the drying rack behind the bed and whole reorganization of the rest of the room.

I would use the tea towels as a valance or short roman shade. Just long enough to high the bottom of the first double hung window. Then make two pillow out of the dish clothes. Might even do some needle felting on them.

What do you think?

I like the valance idea...maybe some lace behind that, the full length.
Tying in the print with pillows sounds nice.
Quilt is beautiful, love the ladder racks as a head board too.

love the quilt rack behind the bed..but can I make a wee suggestion about it and hope that I don't offend...here's what I would do with it..I would remove the black quilt and the zig zag afghan..totally.
and remove the yellow square piece also.
I'd move the upper left dresden plate? quilt even ith the other round pattern quilt..then simply move the two white bottom small pieces up to the top rung for a more balanced and more clean lined display.
oh gosh..I hope that didn't sound bad?? It just would brighten up the space a bit better with the yellow walls you have in there.
I too have a maaster room almost te same identical color. love that yellow color by the way.
I think the towels would make lovely toss pillows to match the quilt..then of course I'd add some crocheted pilow toppers too using doilies to create pillow tops.
Good luck..and gosh..I hope what I mentioned doesn't offend.
