I just found a really cool cooking blog that is devoted to vegetables: http://kitchen-parade-veggieventure.blogspot.com/and I think I'm in love. I am so excited to have this resource when my garden is in full swing. I have been wondering just what all I can do with things like beets and swiss chard that I have growing. Browse around, it is really interesting!
