Sherone, This is great. I am the assistant director for our local farmers market and our state has the "washington State farmers market manual" http://smallfarms.wsu.edu/marketing/FMM1.pdf I added the link incase there are some washingtonians out there that want it...We also have the green book http://www.agr.wa.gov/Marketing/SmallFarm/056-Greenbook-web.pdf which is the regulations for Washington State. I would say as well... If you are not selling at a market, I would encourage you to go and offer your time as a volunteer.. there is much that goes on that takes "non-vender types"......
