i've been waitin' for things to slow down a little for you .. but can you put me on your 'list' for a bunny? no hurry .. jus' when you get a chance.
tonight, when i drove the car down the hill in the darkness, a little bunny hopped all the way down the hill in front of me .. he skittered this-a-way and that-a-way .. and i had to get out in the pitch dark to walk to the front porch .. i was sure we were going to collide .. and 'i' might come out on the short end of the stick with a bunny-bite on my ankle! shoulda' seen me HOP, SKIP and JUMP all the way over that crookedy stone pathway!
