on my body!! That's it!! I am completely unsatisfied with how I look. Now, mind you, I have about 50 good lbs to lose and I am taking it up a notch. I tried to put on my shorts and realized I had grown and extra tush this winter. 
Anyone in for a 1 month challenge?
I will post my propose work out plan if interested. All you need is walking shoes and weights.
