I posted some links early on to work in progress pics of my life sized draft horse mural. I am almost done with the horses so i thought I would give all of you an update. I am still working on the harness and after that the hitching post will go in as well as a sign.

Gorgeous, Sue. Truly...I like that I "get" the size of the mural with the kids (and pup) standing next to it!
Farmgirl Sister #80, thanks to a very special farmgirl from the Bluegrass..."She was built like a watch, a study in balance ... with a neck and head so refined, like a drawing by DaVinci"... NY Newsday sportswriter Bill Nack describing filly, Ruffian. http://www.buyhandmade.org/ |

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, the mural is large-- this photo is a cropped version. The real thing extend across a whole wall. The back horse is 7.5 feet tall at the tip if his ears and the front horse is 17 hands tall at his withers to give you an idea of the actual size.

Sue, it looks wonderful. 7.5 feet tall! That is a life size mural. And life like too. Great job!
