Just wondering how you are coping, Linda. Don't be afraid to ask for a mild anti-anxiety to help you sleep. You need sleep to stimulate your immune system. Do you have a plan? have you started yet. Visualize it working. See whatever action destroying the cancer and be filled with new gorwth of healthy tissue. Once you get started, I promise you will feel a bit better as you ar working to get rid of it.

Dear Friends, Thank you so much for your prayers. I feel the presence of our Lord. It is like He is holding me in the palm of His hands. Monday I go for the chest scan. I will keep you all posted .
Again I thank you so much for the power of your prayers. Thank you to the ladies who sent me cards. They are so much appreciated.
You know, I normally think of myself as insignificant. ((You know, out sight out of mind))but I haven't felt that way this past week. Today my friends from Curves invited me for lunch and 21 girls showed up. I was amazed!!

Linda, hoping that you have a good appointment and that your surgeon gives you great confidence. Keeping you in my thoughts, too.
Twenty-one friends show up for lunch...that's terrific! Do you think there is a restaurant around that could seat all the farmgirls? We are there in thought, anyway. Please keep us posted, and stay strong.

Surgery is May 8th. The cancer is adeno-carcinoma. I can expect to be in the hospital for 7 days.
