Never will I get any gastro-intestinal poking around done. Anytime I've had any funky tests done, it's usually irritated my body and caused trouble.
I'll die when I die and that's my story.
"oh, but it will add 10 years to your life!"
Oh, sure, the 10 on the end, when I'm old and cranky. That's what I want! pfffsstt!!!
Sorry for your ordeal :(

Jeez Bonne, I am with you, what a sucky adventure. Sorry kathie, thanks for the heads up...ick! speaking of barfing, here is my recent one....the nurse shoots some pain killer into my IV a few days ago, the boats on the wallpaper start floating and actually made me sea sick....barf and barfed, had to take off my glasses so I could not see em untill I was finished with that round of meds.

ok Kathie, here's the post I put in the WRONG topic...cause I didn't know your's GI post was in this one..LOL

....been there done that this past December..they did the colonoscopy at the same time..the best part was the drug that knocked me out so I couldn't see the tortuous devices they stuck in me!! omg..Thomas and my dad were saying "don't worry sweetheart they'll clean that tube before putting it down your throat"..can you believe they were telling me all this?..of course, it did make me laugh instead of stress over what the heck was wrong with me.

So what the heck is wrong with YOU? Hope it's something you can keep managed like mine.

Hugs…

Kathie, I thought I might have had an ulcer during that "unknown" time...felt like a baseball was in my gut, felt weird when I would lean over or kneel..and I had reflux bad...so my upper revealed an inflamed stomach due to excess acid going into my stomach..

So the acid reducer med manages it for the most part but really have to watch what I eat.. The IBS (the colon issue) is managed by a different med and it also has a mind of it's own....

Your puking at a moments notice could be related to a colon problem?? maybe... it's awful NOT knowing..once you know then you can get on the road to feeling better..meanwhile it sucks to say the least. I feel for ya...been there and it's kinda scary too.

Your tree looks great, I was hoping to maybe see Penny Layne or Annie somewhere in that shot...you did mention Penny Layne had molted, hope you can get a shot of her shiny self! I'm holding a vigil by my mailbox, hoping for those minis today...

Well, imagine my surprise when I went to my mailbox and got a surprise package from you guys with the spring minis!! Since I was so busy this spring, I could not participate and then lovely Carmen donated her set to me. I was so excited I did the happy dance for an hour. When I clean my chicken coop this weekend, I am going to put them up as curtains!! Thank you all so much!! Thank you, Carmen for being so darn cute and generous!
