I went to the thrift this morning, first time in a week. That was a long time for me. Had a bad cold last week and just didn't feel up to going. Got some nice stuff today, so I'm OK now.

Oh my, Nancy Jo has the Buttons !!
Very cute.
Hey those spoons and things.
Nancy, if you put them in hot water and keep them awhile
If they smell funny, they are bakalight(sp)
They are worth some money, !!
Mom has quite a collection of those and braclets plus odds and ends
I have a carmel color button that has a ivory fose on it.
I got it at a Flea Maket
It had been made into a pin to go on a coat etc. Pinkroses

A job well done, and it has filled my need of lusting after thrift store items, the little sewing kits are so sweet! i don't have to bother to go because I can just admire your goodies. I went to the beach yesterday and collected rocks, that was very soothing. Of course the sun was out and the wind was very soft, so it was lovely just to be outside. Summer will be flea market season here, but there aren't many treasures to be found there. karin
