What are your favorites and what kind of flavor do they have? I'm getting ready to do a liver cleanse that has a day of no eating and drinking only water and herb teas, since I'm not much of a hot tea drinker I thought I'd see if any of you ladies had any suggestions.

I love Tea Noir's caramel apple tea. It is rooibos and it is so so good. I love the sore throat tea from Farm and Coventry too.

Right now I love Red Raspberry Tea, or Yogi "Mother To Be Tea" which has nettles in it as well. Red Raspberry tea is great for women through anytime in their life and tastes oh so yummy so I would recommend it anytime but I mainly drink it through pregnancy and during that time of the month.

lemon tea is so good cool & can help boost a liver cleanse, too.
A drop of lemon essential oil can help too.
