Debra, I had seen that banana article before but it was good to refresh my memory; I LOVE bananas and as kids we always got to pick our birthday cake and that was always my choice. Now I eat them mashed up with plain yogurt and that is yummy too. And you REALLY have me hankering for some refried beans...... Hugs, Nance
