Get out debt while hubby is deployed, keep expenses low, find ways to live more independently (making our own bread, growing vegetables, etc..) so we can buy that little house and start to live..yup...hubby and I chit chatted last night and he is still going to persue being a cop and I can get a great job with my bachelor's but I have decided (for now..) that pursuing my master's is something I just ain't up too. I am missing too much of life and I want to live life a little, especially with Charlie being so young and fun.

This came to pass becase this past week was spring break at college and I woke up each day, puttering around the house, doing creative things like cross stitch, planning a garden, looking up yummy recipes, walking, sunning and loving ,etc. and I realized I really miss this!! I even put together some fun outfits for the upcoming summer and I looked up a number of inexpesive places (or free!!) to take Charlie this summer. I am taking a break from school, putting on my bikini and having some fun. I might pick up something part time to pay down bills faster, we shall see.

Life is good!!!!

I think I finally get it!!!

Cheers,
Heather

School is wonderful but those kids are only small for so long. It is wonderful that you can spend time with that boy, Krin

I realized the other day for the past, almost 3 years, I haven't read a book for leasiure!! Just textbooks, journals, rules and regulations!! UGH!! I know I will be so happy when I graduate but I need to have more fun!!!

I also realized I got into "college" mode with dressing, eating, running through life at a quick pace and never enjoying the moment. I now have all my books in a large LL Bean tote that I put in the closet at the end of the day to separate college from home life. I also have re-worked the old wardrobe to be cute and girly!!! Little things...

Cheers,
Heather

That sounds great. It really does. Life is good, it's true.
I've been thinking of trying to be a little more girly myself...
