I am completely off coffee and I think I maybe had one Pepsi in the past 2 week and WOW!!! what a difference. No pains in the joints, sleeping a bit better, diarhea has gone down a lot but am still having daily, small bouts.
Drinking TONS of water and no snacking in between meals. Smoothies continue-lots of frozen fruits with banana's- yummo!!!!
Walking and spending time at the beach and in the sun...Sun is really helping..
Until further results my friends...

Heather-
I am so glad you are feeling better! It sounds like your body is coming out of the detox symptoms you were having last week. This has got to be hard on you, but I am so glad you got it figured out!

DETOX continues!!! HA!!! I now have a plugged up ear and the phlegm,,,oh the phlegm,,,,icky!! But I do have a little pep in my step!!! YEE- HAW!!!
I forgot to mention I have been doing some weights and boy, I am glad my body remembers muscles!!! Hubby commented that my backside was a bit firmer and more defined....YIPEEE!!!!!
