Kindof a "greek" pasta--whole wheat penne, asparagus, bacon and "sauce" of sauteed onion, 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil and fresh grated parmesan. Voted "GAH. SOOO GGGOOOD" by Jus (who drove into work only to find out they were closed, except noone called anyone). So, I had to improvise when he showed up at the door--we were just going to have Soupe au Pistou again :)

Mmm,that sounds good!

We were snowed in up here, too. Made a big pot of bean and sausage soup (with spinach, potatoes, onions, green beans, tomatoes etc..) at noon and we've eaten it all day. Delish when you are all hunkered down and goin' nowhere. =:)

That sounds good, too, Meg! I haven't left the house since noon yesterday (13.75 inches here) and I've just been cooking up a storm! I like to improvise :)

You're telling me! A little while ago he said, "aren't you going to make brownies?" I politely declined....and then he said, "but you will make them tomorrow, right?". Bottomless pit, but you'd never know it looking at him!
