It must be on the way, headed straight for Louisville, because here I am, hard at work, nothing outside the window but cold, dry ground. And school has just been cancelled. Hooray! Going home!

yup! It is here in lexington. Came home early from work . Layer of ice on my sidewalks already. I think the afternoon will be great for a long hot bath and ignore the ice outside

We got it here in northern Arkansas - daughter & hub stayed home today & we're huddled up by the fire. Poor deer, turkey, and others - they were already having a rough winter due the acorn shortage (last spring's late freeze), and now any available food is iced over.

Hope you all dont get alot of it and lose power. Had that nightmare for 8 or 9 days several years back. NOT an expereince i want to go thru again

| This has been the darkest, dreeriest winter I can remember. We have snow and are waiting for the freezing rain and sleet to come tonight. The last ice storm we had about a week ago my dog got out of the house only to discover he couldn't walk on the ice. I went out to get him (in my pjs) and managed to fall trying to get him back in here. He only weighs nine pounds so the poor thing just stood there whimpering and crying because his legs were flying all over the place! Can't wait for spring! Susan |

Poor dog !!! I hope you are ok too !! . i never have like winter --pssffsst :( Though it is when i do most my jewelry cause i get depressed otherwise. In summer i am outside all the time working in yard/garden
