have you had any A-HA moments in life that led you down different paths?
i would say one of mine occurred while i was working for NASA .. we were literally on the 'eve' of putting AMERICA on the MOON .. and leading up to that .. we had two very brilliant scientests that worked for us. One was researching data about the dark side of the moon .. the other .. the depths of the ocean.
there is always government money that is being competed for .. and they were both trying to get their 'piece of the pie'. i admired and respected both of them .. and often listened to their passionate discussions ... an "A-HA" moment came for me when i saw a 'poster' they made together and hung up in the hall. it read:
WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT: THE OCEAN'S "BOTTOM" OR THE MOON'S "BEHIND"?
i realized more than ever the importance of listening to both sides of an opinion .. and to KNOW that BOTH just might be RIGHT. AND that WORKING TOGETHER is how important things are often accomplished!
