so I totally felt like I'd pass out and had this white noise in my right ear, it was horrible. I'm thinking it was sinus related and low blood pressure. It scared me. Anyone get that? or have a clue what it was?

probably nuthin' dangerous gurlfren .. but you might want to give your doc office a call. xo

(there's probably a ba-jillion little things that could make it happen!) not very often .. but .. occasionally, i'll get a 'fainty' feeling .. but it passes within moments. i've had it happen for years .. and my doc(s) have never found a reason for it. as long as i haven't actually 'passed out' .. and i have had it checked out .. i don't much worry about it anymore. xo

It sounds like you might have an ear infection. I would recommend going to the doctor as well and tonight maybe puting hydrogen peroxide in that ear for about 5 minutes. If the infection is in the canal it might bubble it out, and if it is a wax blockage, the peroxide should help with that as well.

if you think it is a ear infection .
Please get to the doctor as soon as possible
I have had so many ear infections.
I have both ear drums to burst and bleed
It was very painfull
I have lost most of my hearing because of that.
So, If your ear starts to feeling like drumming , pounding
painfull, get to the hospital,
they may can stop future danger.
I din't get there and have suffered for it
I cannot hear anything behind me.
I have ringing in my ears often, and popping noise
Don't take your hearing for granted.
Hugs , I hope your ears are better. Pinkroses

Same thing happened to me once. Gross as it sounds, it was just a ball of earwax that was blocking my audtiory canal. The doctor had to remove it with a little metal hook. It didn't hurt at all, and it took like 5 seconds. It felt like such a serious thing - I got dizzy, too - that I couldn't hardly believe it was something so minor!

About a year ago, I went to the doctor because of a bad cold and the ear pain again
He wash one ear out because of wax.
It made me so sick that I told him not to do the other one
My Mom had gone in first to see him; my doctor was out of town
I had to wait awhile in the doctor's office before even thinking of getting in the car
I agree the noise in your ears can drive you crazy
I get the ringing and poping noise.
