In the spring/summer I love to wear dresses and skirts. I was just watching MJ in the corn harvesting video and she was all skirted up. I just love how free it is instead of pants. Anyone else love to wear skirts/dresses in good weather instead of shorts or pants?

I love skirts. I love to look feminine! I have done all kinds of things in dresses or skirts- weeding, lawnmowing, gardening, butchering chickens, etc...

I love wearing skirts and dresses! I think it stems from when I was a kid, my mom hardly ever got me dresses or skirts- now that's all I ever want to wear! I have found some great reversible skirts at Goodwill recently. I wish I never had to wear pants! |

I would like to wear more skirts, but they have to be really long because my veins are so bad in my legs (I've had surgery on one leg already).
During a heat wave, a full skirt is definitely the coolest thing to wear!

I do both, as long as I don't have to wear stockings with the skirt. Stockings are a deal breaker for me unless it's for church or a funeral! |

I love long gypsy skirts and of course barefeet. If my skirt is long enough I can go anywhere I want with out shoes because nobody can see my feet!

i love long skirts and wear them a lot in warmer weather .. GOSH! when visiting my grown grand-daughter in delaware .. she gave me three pair of jeans .. and i've re-discovered them .. and am loving them this wintertime!
i used to wear them more than skirts .. with boots .. sometimes rolled up with sandals and leg warmers. and i LOVE blue-jean jackets!

I love skirts in the warm weather, short and long. I got a really cute white one at the thrift last week. It said 36.00 dollars on the new tag, guess it was never worn. Got it for 3.00 dollars. In fact I just tried it on this morning after I washed it and it fits perfect. Now where is that warm weather? NANCY JO

I feel so bad now - I don't even own a skirt and I have 2 dresses that I haven't worn in a long while. I'm jeans, t's and shorts. I'm just comfortable in them. I really don't have the body for skirts either. I'm working on that, though. :)

In spring and summer it's hard to find me in shorts or trousers! I think I have a pair of shorts somewhere.. *shrug* but especially in the summer, it's skirts/dresses all the time - they are nice and cool, and look so pretty. I'm trying to wear skirts more in the winter, but it's hard to find long, good fitting, warm skirts in small sizes 'round here.

I don't have a good figure for skirts, at least none that I've found so far. I remember them being comfortable when I was little, but I haven't worn them regularly in years. The few times I've tried recently, I can't seem to keep them from blowing or twisting in embarrassing ways. If I can find a skirt I like, I'll practice wearing it around the house this summer. Maybe I'll be fit for the public eye soon!
