I found out Monday that it will be there for at least 2 to 3 months, and possibly longer. I have a severe crushed radial nerve contusion. Usually football and baseball get them and they are out for the season and maybe two. I have soft tissue contusions too but they are healing nicely. The swelling would not allow a clear reading, has noraml its hurry up and wait. so I am being good and shooting for 2 months and hoping and praying. thanks for asking.

Welcome electricdunce~karin, and yes, you may come and play.... it's really simple, if you have seen some of the pic's of Jess's and the ones on my blog... you can make all 8 the same or you can make them all different are any combination. Let your creativity flow, they can be as simple & rustic, I think the term is "primative" or they can be urban chic or mega cutsie or farmyish or what ever you want, the only rule is that you have to NOT STRESS & To Have FUN making them...
Hey mama klucker, you had better make a couple extra....for your grandkiddies....

Thank you! I was looking for a smallish project for February. The p[ins I've seen are all lovely and I've got some ideas. I'll get right on it. We're waiting for the next big storm, tonight i guess. I think my snowplow guy will be wearing a diamond pinky ring when this winter is over...I'm glad he shows up though.
I love in an old farmhouse in rural Maine, with ninety acres of land. I have a big hayfield, about thirty acres, that my neighbor hays for me (he has dairy cows). I have lived in Maine most of my life. I am a quilter mostly, but I love all things fabric related. My husband is gone, but I have two adult(?) children, my son will be 21 this month. I can't believe it!
Well, I'm sure that's enough blather for me. I'll get back to the laundry.
I am looking forward to all the things this site has to offer. What a treat, and i just got MaryJane's Stitching "Room, it's a wonderful bundle of ideas.
