I only got 60% Dixie, but I was born, raised and still live below the Mason Dixon.

45% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
I'm barely a Yankee??? Does that mean "I'm just a girl"?

I got 43% Yankee on the test. Which is a hoot, because I have never lived anywhere but New York and born in Canada.

48% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.

I guess I'm in the middle...probably comes from living around the country. Also, homestead country like I'm from drew from many diffrent areas.

I'm 40% (Yankee). From the other responses here, that makes me think I scored very Yankee in my responses. Most were Great Lakes region, which makes sense -- that's where I've always lived. I know I'm a Midwesterner for sure.

I came out 50% Yankee, barely in the Yankee category. Which would make sense, since I was born in Massachusetts and lived there until I was 23. The other half of me is Southern, my adopted home since 1981. I'm proud to be a bit of both. :)
I guess I missed all the hoo-ha on the other thread. In fact, I totally missed the other thread! :)Oh, well.
