APRIL can be such a lovely month .. i'm thinking it would be fun to visit and tour BARDSTOWN, KENTUCKY .. AND .. you will get to see Kathy's SUGARBUCKET antiques shoppe that i am always braggin' about! .. and the 'log cabin village' .. some wonderful museums .. and lotsa' fun shoppes!
IF anyone wants to travel from afar .. i'm game for finding a local hotel or B&B (wouldn't THAT be fun!) where we could stay .. and remember .. i LOVE smaller gatherings .. i can have as much fun with one friend, two or twelve!
If you need a 'cusp of springtime' get-away with gurlfrenz .. E-MAIL me .. and we'll conjure up some plans! (If we stay two days .. i'll take ya'll to LaGrange too .. that's a fun little day trip! AND .. we'll make arrangements to stop by friend TWIGS wonderful country home and shoppe which is somewhat nearby .. bet she'll have tea and cookies waitin' for us! (Sugarbucket will too!) We might even have a light lunch at her shoppe!
Miz Frannie...Sounds like fun (of course)! I know that I have other commitments on the majority of the weekends in April that I need to tend to...hopefully depending on the status of DH's employment and such, would love to come down another month like sometime early summertime....so will have to play that by ear. As you know, I am so excited for this "Cabin Fever" gathering and my 1st trip ever to your neck of the woods....I hope this will be the 1st of many times
