Hey Christy,
Welcome to the farm! We have a chapter here, in Floyd. We are South West VA, near Roanoke. It would be quite a drive for you, I think. You are more than welcome if you are up to it. We do have a great time. Right now we are working on a block of the month quilt. Most of us are beginners in almost everything. We are learning together:)
Hugs,
Robin

Hey Robin,

Thanks so much for the reply and the invite! I did mapquest to see how far apart our towns are....4 hours :( I'm so sad. How often do you all meet?

We usually meet just once a month. It varies with everyone's schedules as to what day. Usually it's always on Saturday afternoon. I'm sorry. I do know that there are some farm girls closer to you. I'm not sure that there is a chapter though. Maybe we could still meet up some time:) I'm always up for meeting a new farm girl.

Maybe I should take the initiative and start a chapter up here. Did you start yours?

I did start ours. It's lots of fun and easy.
I think that would be a wonderful idea.

Thanks Robin. Maybe if I do get one started our groups could meet up.
