If you could, either thru the forum or my lilyj7303@yahoo.com email. The forum is my work email, and the lily is my home, so whatever you prefer.

Beth, what places in PA will you be focusing on? I have a few things that I would like to include but don't want to duplicate what you may have

Jonni - I just thought of a couple more places this morning. I'll try to do a write up on them and send them your way. :)

Would you like us to compile our entire submission at once or would it be okay if we sent it to you in a couple of emails as I remember places around the state that I love?

Jonni, I thought of a couple of more places in NJ. I'll email them to you later. Yeah....NJ gets a bad rap. It really does have some beautiful areas...there's something for everyone!

Amy,
I just now saw your post with the question... Sorry it took so long for me to see it! I live in Lancaster County, but I have also lived in surrounding counties, so I have info on Berks and Lebanon also. In addition, DH and I do a lot of exploring in north central PA, so I have info for Lycoming, Union, Snyder & Northumberland counties and a little info on Tioga, Sullivan, and Clinton counties as well... hope this info helps! If you're in Ohio, I'm guessing you know places out in western PA, an area to which I am not a frequent traveller....
Thanks!

Jonni, I haven't forgotten about this, just trying to clear some time to pull out my travel folders and get the details together. I can do VA, plus a little bit on Nashville, and San Francisco. Maybe more, when I get into it! DH is going to be out hunting most of this holiday weekend so I will have some time to spend on it.

Another question, are we including international travel or just North America...?

Jonni ~ I should tell you I know the Portland area well, but I've never been out of it to say, Sisters where they have the big quilt show. Can somebody take Eastern and Southern Oregon?

Thanks!

It's ok, girls! Just keep it fresh in your heads. I've been driving around doing errands and when I come along a road that I know of something wonderful, I write on my little notepad and my list is growing!

We can do international, if you've lived there. I was hoping some of our farmgirl friends in the Outback would join--haven't seen Shiraloo in a bit. I know we've got some Canada, as well to be submitted.

Patricia, if you know Portland well, please do share some of your favortie jaunts. What I think is important to remember, is that we all do different things, even those of us in the same towns

Thanks, Julie! I was hoping that you'd chime in!!! I'll start a newer thread in a bit, just as a refresher, and show who's covering what and what we're looking for, so if anyone else wants to join in, they will have an idea.

Yay, Arkansas!!!

Jonni - on my way back home I took a detour and got you a few photos of the infamous Wigwam Village in Cave City. We stayed over there when I was little and it is still up and running. I'll email you a couple of photos and more info on the history of it that I've learned over the years. :)
