was copying some photos to take 'back home' to share with friends .. and ran across some that made me smile real BIG ..

how our little lucas and sofia have grown in 2007!

playing in the leaves .. sofia is 'ready to run' and her big brother is trying to hold her for a 'kodak moment'

sofia ADORES her pink KITCHEN that she got for her first birthday .. she loves to cook eggs and make sammies and milkshakes and toast toast. and she will fill the washer and dryer and turn the timer. these toys have been an AMAZING teaching tool for both of the kids!

i love that they also love to sit and have me read books to them .. and never seem to tire of it (me either!) .. lucas loves to 'paint' and create with cardboard and colored paper and scissors .. and little sister is right there snipping and glueing and drawing too!

COMING: (THIS IS ONE OF MY MOS' FAV PICS OF SOFIA! .. SHE LOVES HER 'NUMMIE')

AND ... GOING! (it seems just days ago that she couldn't walk on her own .. and now she RUNS!
i love how Wednesday dresses the kids .. you can bet GRAMMIE bought this outfit for her!

princess pink puppy! she LOVES a bath!

and our adorable little Frog Prince Lucas!

lordy! what joy these children bring to us! xo, frannie

Gosh, Frannie! They both have such huge baby blues!!! Adorable! It looks like Lucas is a really good big brother. Now he's got an even BIGGER job ahead of him!

Frannie, they are just little dolls! Maybe someday I will know what joy a grandbaby can bring.
